We have had the great honour of featuring on BBC Twos The Great British Menu. Alex Bond, Michelin Star Chef and owner of the amazing restaurant Alchemilla in Nottingham used our Quack! duck eggs in his ‘The Founding Father’ Dish which got him to the final banquet of Season 16 of the show.
